  • Retaliation Techniques of Corporations: manipulation, retaliation and techniques used by corporations, employers and public authorities to avoid accountability
  • Challenges with Contractors: understanding and identifying challenges with hiring and working with contractors and self-employed workers and how to minimise and prevent risks

 

Understanding common mistakes in reporting processes and setting up helpful and reliable systems:

  • Accountability: Who Watches the Watchers: understanding accountability processes and creating processes that reduce the risk of wrongdoing
  • Anatomy of a Scandal: analysing a scandal through its timeline to understand common causes, their evolution and prevention
  • A Question of Culture: how to create habits that enhance productivity and reduce the risk of wrongdoing
  • A Problem Shared is a Problem Halved: understanding and creating reporting processes to identify and prevent wrongdoing
